The ultimate goal is to realize our True Self, our Sat Nam, through direct experience; to realize our own unlimited human potential and to experience directly our connection to All That Is. If that sounds too esoteric…this class will make you feel good…guaranteed! In essence: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Therefore, never, never, NEVER give up! “Keep up and you’ll be kept up!” [Yogi Bhajan] You are personally invited to Experience your own Personal Power through Kundalini Yoga and Believe! Michelle Rose
I’ve been a student of yoga since first discovering the practice during college at the University of North Florida, where I earned my B.S. in Advertising. Recognizing its potential to strengthen and heal the body, and to help one achieve true balance in all aspects of life, my yoga journey truly blossomed in 2010. New to Fort Lauderdale, FL I was seeking a fitness routine that I could connect with. I found my way to a little studio that changed my life. Immersing myself into this fantastic experience for the body, mind and soul my study and practice with yoga quickly evolved. Embracing the practice of Hot Yoga (branch of Hatha Yoga) by the teachings of my most inspirational teacher Jimmy Barkan, creator of the Barkan Method Hot Yoga. Constantly learning and absorbing the art of yoga by attending conferences, workshops and classes with master teachers throughout south Florida, I completed Jimmy’s 200-hour RYT Certification Program July 2012.
Passionate about sharing the healing powers of yoga with students of all ages and levels, my classes flow with grace while focusing on proper alignment and honoring ones’ body. A mix of detailed instructions, creative variations, Pranayama and guided meditation all woven into a graceful flow of asanas. Blending elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Bikram and the Barkan Method of hot yoga into sequences designed to energize the body, cultivate a meditative consciousness and give greater vitality and health. Teaching style is light-hearted and playful with an intention of providing students with a tangible reference of their potential for personal transformation.

Natasha (Lammers)
Natasha Lammers began her spiritual journey in various Buddhist monasteries in Asia over two and a half decades ago. There, she learned various styles of Buddhist meditation and it was not until later, in 2004, that she became certified as a Yoga Teacher in the Ashtanga-Vinyasa-Power Yoga style. In 2010, during the Maha Kumbha Mela in India, she completed a Hatha-Sivananda Yoga certification. Today, her Yoga classes are a fussion of all that she has learned; for she does not believe in one way being the only way. Having explored various traditions and styles of yoga and meditation, she knows that their aim is ultimately the same; it is just that there are different ways of achieving that aim. She has assimilated in her heart what works best, trying to live the path of yoga on a daily basis. Natasha’s Yoga classes take you to a moving meditation that link movement with breath. They include flexibility with safety, strength without stress and balance of the inner and the infinite. The idea is to release toxins in the body and mind, relinquish the ego and open the heart. Pranayama and Meditation are sometimes included. All Levels are welcome!

Neil Fenn
A Miami Beach native and artist, Neil Fenn has been doing Yoga all of his adult life. Always an avid swimmer, runner and gym goer, Yoga was always an activity “on the side.” After returning to his hometown several years ago after 30 years in Los Angeles, Neil found many opportunities in Miami and Miami Beach to practice Yoga outdoors in parks and at the beach. After intensifying his practice, he decided to take the leap to become a Yoga instructor. In 2012 he completed the 300 hour training with Gaia Budhai, founder of Synergy Center for Yoga, one of the first Yoga studios in Miami Beach. He is now certified to teach a Hatha Vinyasa flow type of Yoga. His classes are suitable for beginners, yet challenging enough for regular practitioners. Combining movement and breath, Neil’s classes will guide you and help you take your Yoga practice to a new level.

Pau
I started taking yoga classes at the age of 16, along with Tai Chi, TM courses (transcendental meditation), “Mind Control” seminars and more. Being the only teenager in those classes made me wonder why only the elderly were assisting to this kind of practices . I used to wonder why Yoga, among other things, was seen as a last chance to improve health and flexibility and not as a way of living since a young age. Since then I’ve adopted a lifestyle of integration of mind, body and soul. I decided to keep a healthy life from then on, and I have been in this path for almost 20 years. I am very happy that times have changed and now Yoga practice and philosophy are experienced by people of all ages. I think this has been the great awakening of our era. In 2007 I did “Power Yoga” Teacher Training with Paul Toliusizs and Fred Bush. Learning from them was an amazing experience and took my practice and lifestyle to a much deeper stage. My other passion is dancing, so I studied also with Shiva Rea who combines dance, movement, music and asana in this beautiful, unique, and incredible “Prana Flow Yoga”. I’m also a volunteer at Faith Yoga Program (Yoga for the blind). Working with blind students has been the most wonderful experience as a teacher. I believe that we are constantly learning, that the spiritual path is infinite, and that yoga is much more than just the asana practice. I’m a seeker of the truth and I feel very passionate about life. I’m a Reiki practitioner and I believe that if we work all together with divine love, we can heal this planet, and that just a deep inhale can totally change your day … BREATHE! And enjoy the ride. Please save the water. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Namaste. Pau.

Willie
Once upon a time there was a young boy who wanted to integrate three very important aspects of his life; body, mind and spirit. The search began when one good day he found a book about metaphysics in his native Puerto Rico. The information provided by this book and others was so amazing that it opened up a whole new way of thinking in his mind, reminding him how powerful the human being is.
